To begin your virtual orthodontic consultation, follow the easy steps below:

Grab your smartphone and take pictures of your smile using the photos below as a guide.
Once you have finished taking your photos, fill out the form and submit your responses and email your photos to in**@************cs.com. (Make sure to include your first and last name in your email.)
Once we have received your submission, we will contact you to schedule a video chat appointment, during which we will explain what we have determined is the best treatment plan for you, and answer any questions you may have.
